Doses can vary widely between individuals, so experiment to find the right dose for you. If you’re not sure where to start, for tinctures: try 10 drops (1/3 dropperful), and scale up by increments of 10 drops until you find a dose that works for you. Another option: Take 1 dropper full every 20 minutes for the hour before bed.  If using hormonal medications the California Poppy may be more stimulating than sedative. Do not take if experiencing depression or on depression medications. Do not take with alcohol or opioids.
