This Bohemian glass button spiral statement necklace is made with five genuine vintage glass button set on our signature handmade sterling silver pendants. A secret treasure. A memory captured. Depending on how they catch the light, these buttons shimmer with cobalt purple green and fuchsia.  Carnival glass emerged around the turn of the 20th century, when metallic salts were applied to pressed glass to create a luminous, rainbow-like surface. The shimmering finish appeared on everything from vases and bowls to the beautifully molded glass buttons made in Bohemia and later Czechoslovakia.
