Available in both Matte and Shine finishes, this versatile medium works as a glue, sealer, and varnish all in one, making it the perfect addition to your creative projects. Designed with built-in self-leveling properties, Paint Couture Decoupage Medium dries clear to a beautifully smooth finish while offering excellent adhesion and water resistance. The Shine finish creates a soft low-luster sheen, perfect for enhancing the beauty of decoupage papers and especially rice papers. Ideal for a wide variety of surfaces including wood, glass, ceramics, cardboard, chipboard, fabric, paper, and other porous or non-porous surfaces, this low VOC formula is easy to apply and delivers professional-looking results every time. Perfect for decoupage, collage art, mixed media, and transfer techniques, Paint Couture Decoupage Medium helps bring your creative vision to life with a flawless finish. Instructions For Use: Thoroughly stir, but do not shake before use. Make sure all painted surfaces are completely dry before application for best results. Apply using a high-quality synthetic brush, foam brush, or silicone paintbrush. Allow the medium to dry completely between applications. For an ultra-smooth finish, lightly sand using a high grit sandpaper after approximately one hour if desired. Clean brushes and tools promptly with warm, soapy water after use to maintain their quality and longevity.
