She would drop each individual ingredient into a piping hot “steambowl” and, while leaning over the bowl with a blanket over her head for maximum effect, she would take several deep breaths in. These blends can also be diffused for continual health benefits in your home. This kit comes with our elegant Portable Diffuser.  Experience the ultimate in modern aromatherapy with our sleek, portable, cordless, waterless diffuser. Designed for convenience and style, this limited-edition, Portable Diffuser by Far&Wild is the most perfectly versatile way to diffuse your favorite essential oils in any space, anytime, anywhere—no cords, no water, no hassle. Stop if you feel discomfort: If you feel discomfort, dizziness, or difficulty breathing, stop immediately.  Consult a healthcare provider: If you have asthma or other respiratory conditions, you should consult a healthcare provider before using steam.
