DECONGEST + DEFEND

Fatty’s love of natural, plant-powered, homemade recipes to help remedy seasonal sickness and ailments inspired her to team up with Far&Wild to formulate these 100% pure essential oil blends for everyone to enjoy.  Her signature blends contain the same original, natural ingredients used throughout her childhood by Fatty’s Mom (aka Koko). She would drop each individual ingredient into a piping hot “steambowl” and, while leaning over the bowl with a blanket over her head for maximum effect, she would take several deep breaths in. These blends can also be diffused for continual health benefits in your home. Stop if you feel discomfort: If you feel discomfort, dizziness, or difficulty breathing, stop immediately.  Consult a healthcare provider: If you have asthma or other respiratory conditions, you should consult a healthcare provider before using steam. Steam inhalation can be an effective way to clear nasal and respiratory passages, but it won't cure a cold or the flu.  *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
