Decon

ShowShine Decon ShowShine Decon is a professional surface preparation cleaner designed to remove polishing oils, compound residues, waxes, sealants, grease, and other bonded contaminants from vehicle surfaces. It is an essential final prep step before applying ceramic coatings, waxes, or sealants, ensuring a completely clean surface for maximum bonding and durability. By stripping away residues left behind from polishing and detailing products, Decon reveals the true condition of the paint, helping expose scratches, swirls, and imperfections that may otherwise be hidden. This makes it an important tool for inspection between polishing stages and before final protection. Perfect For • Removing polishing oils and compound residue • Stripping waxes, sealants, and light coatings • Surface prep before ceramic coating application • Inspection between polishing steps • Revealing scratches, swirls, and paint defects • Final wipe-down before protection How To Use Ensure surface is cool and out of direct sunlight. Important Notes • Do not allow product to dry on the surface • Always use clean microfiber towels • Avoid use on hot panels or in direct sunlight • Test on sensitive or refinished surfaces if unsure Key Benefits • Removes polishing oils, waxes, and residues • Ensures proper bonding for ceramic coatings and sealants • Helps reveal true paint condition for inspection • Essential step in professional correction workflows • Leaves a clean, bare surface ready for protection Prep Clean.
