Escort Decoder

The Decoder is an optional upgrade for the Sparrows Escort Folder, designed specifically for defeating combination-style wheel locks. This precision tool allows you to map, feel, and decode the internal gate positions of dial-based locks—giving you a fast, controlled method for opening key safes, lockboxes, and other wheel-driven mechanisms without the original combination. Just replace one of the washers with a Decoder turning your 6 into a 7 tool folder. Comes as a pack of 3.  This comes in a pack of 3 and has been machined for accuracy and built to integrate seamlessly with the Escort system by replacing one of the internal washers. T The Decoder slides into the lock face and lets you probe wheel tolerances, identify binding points, and read gate alignment to determine the correct combination.
