Centri Decaf Organic One Black Espresso Coffee

Decaf One Black maintains the chocolate-centric flavor profile of its namesake, but in a decaffeinated format. Roasted medium dark, Decaf One Black is a flexible coffee which shines in all espresso applications and makes for a delicious filter coffee to boot. A note on how this coffee is decaffeinated from our sourcing partner Royal Coffee, based in Oakland, CA: "SWP Decaf coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process (SWP). In this method the green beans are pre-soaked in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to Green Coffee Extract (GCE), a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee’s particular flavor." All orders placed by 5am PST will roast and ship the same business day. All orders placed after 5am PST will roast and ship the following business day.
