Decaf Dancing Goats®

When caffeine isn't on the agenda but exceptional coffee is, Decaf Dancing Goats® delivers. Roasted by Atlanta's Dancing Goats Coffee, this blend combines Ethiopian and Latin American beans processed through the Swiss Water method—a chemical-free decaffeination that preserves the complexity that made the original Dancing Goats® an instant classic. You get cherry brightness, dark chocolate depth, and warm baking spice, all without the jitters. The Swiss Water process removes 99.9% of caffeine using only time, temperature, and pure water. No methylene chloride, no ethyl acetate—just clean extraction that leaves flavor intact. The result is a coffee that tastes intentional, not like something's missing. Tasting NotesExpect dark chocolate and toasted hazelnut up front, followed by tart cherry and a whisper of cinnamon. The body is substantial—almost creamy—with a clean, balanced acidity that never tips sour. The finish lingers with floral undertones and a hint of brown sugar sweetness. This isn't a one-note decaf; it's a coffee that rewards attention. Brew MethodsDecaf Dancing Goats® shines as espresso, producing a thick reddish-brown crema and a shot that holds up in milk drinks without losing its character. It's equally confident in pour over, where the cherry notes brighten, or French press, where the body gets even richer. Drip coffee drinkers will find it forgiving and consistent—smooth from the first cup to the last.
