Deadlift Only Pro Bands — Medium Tension (Red)

Deadlift Pro Bands — Red  Accommodating resistance built specifically for the deadlift, dialed to the tension an athlete needs to produce force Trains explosive speed off the floor while overloading the top half of the lift where most pulls die Engineered for the Rogue Deadlift Platform and any platform with floor-anchored band pegs Fast, repeatable 3-point setup, same anchor points every session, no guesswork Balanced left-to-right tension so the bar tracks straight under load +80 lb/side at lockout (160 lb total) in a standard Westside setup Bands only, pegs, anchors, and platform hardware not included 6-month no-nonsense replacement if a band snaps - Made in the USA 🇺🇸 - (Patent Pending) Why Bands on the Deadlift A straight-weight deadlift gets easier the higher it travels. Hips open, leverages improve, the bar slows you down less. That’s exactly where most pulls fail, at the top. Adding band tension reverses the strength curve. The bar gets heavier as you stand up, which forces you to keep accelerating through the lockout instead of grinding through it. Train the top, and the floor takes care of itself. The Red Deadlift Pro Bands are built for that work. Heavy enough to actually overload a strong puller, balanced enough that the bar tracks where it should, and consistent enough that you can wave the same setup for weeks without recalibrating. Built For Speed pulls against accommodating resistance Lockout overload for lifters who fail at or near the top Dynamic effort deadlifts in a conjugate setup Block pulls and rack pulls where you want to load the top of the lift without slowing it down What’s Included (1) Pair of Westside Barbell Deadlift Pro Bands, Red (Strong) Tension (Westside Setup) Numbers below are shown per band / per side. Add both sides together for total tension at lockout. Deadlift: 80 lbs per side at lockout (160 lbs total) Measure Your Exact Band Tension (Recommended) Peg height, peg spacing, and lifter height all change tension at the top. To measure your setup: Anchor the end loops to your band pegs. Hook a luggage/fish scale into the middle loop (the loop that sits on the barbell sleeve). Raise the scale to your lockout height to read tension for your exact setup. How to Set Up (30 seconds) Anchor each end loop over your band pegs, one peg per side. Slide the middle loop over the barbell sleeve, centered. Match both sides, walk into your stance, pull. Simple Dynamic Effort Wave (Example) Keep band tension consistent and wave bar weight over 3 weeks. Week 1: 6 to 8 sets of 1, 50% bar weight + band tension Week 2: 6 to 8 sets of 1, 55% bar weight + band tension Week 3: 6 to 8 sets of 1, 60% bar weight + band tension Pull every rep with maximum intent. Speed is the point. Platform Compatibility Built around the Rogue Deadlift Platform band peg layout. Works with any deadlift platform or floor-anchored peg system with comparable peg-to-bar geometry. If your peg setup is significantly closer to or farther from the bar, measure your actual tension with a luggage scale before programming off the listed numbers. 6-Month No-Nonsense Warranty If the bands snap, we replace them, no runaround. Pull faster off the floor. Lock out heavier weight. Stop grinding the top of your deadlift. The Westside Deadlift Pro Bands turn every rep into a teaching tool for acceleration.
