De Atramentis fountain pen inks are exclusively handmade in Germany by Dr. Franz-Josef Jansen. This 250ml plastic bottle of clear dilution liquid is designed to be used in conjunction with the waterproof Document Ink series to soften your mixed colors without losing the fountain pen ink properties. Note: The label may say "Thinner" instead of "Dilution Liquid". Don't worry! It is the same product, just a slight change in the label.
