TTG model FITS: Triumph Tiger 900

Our patented Flex-Mount Footpeg System now offers a platform option for all riders. Try our Trail or Adventure platforms that offer rotation with the added benefits of vibration damping and adjustable flex.  Click here to learn more about the 2 options. The Enduro Platform does not rotate and offers a traditional footpeg option for riders. Click the link below for more details. Or reach out if you have questions.   Click here to read about our New Enduro Platform option. -Enduro platforms are hard-mounted (they do not rotate or flex) with an optional camber adjustment wedge sold separately. -Trail and Adventure Platform options come with:    -Chromoly steel spindles with reusable thread locker. 14mm wrench. Torque spec 40 ft/lbs  -A90 (medium flex) rated bushings -Cleats and stainless steel machine screws. M3x18mm. These can simply be replaced by going to your local hardware store when damaged or worn out.  -Bushing bolts. 8mm Allen wrench. Torque spec 30 ft/lbs    *IMPORTANT*  If you are ever installing the platforms onto the spindle the nylon locking nut torque spec is 2 ft/lbs (hand tight) Once you feel it bottom out stop tightening and visually inspect to make sure the nylon in the nut has engaged with the last couple of threads on the spindle. Over-torquing/tightening will cause the threads to strip and fail.   *We designed our hardware to bend rather than break in a significant impact. A wrench or adjustable wrench will quickly and easily bend the bolt back straight. Please avoid using a hammer. A little leverage from a long-handled wrench or pipe will do the job. The whole system is rebuildable and serviceable.  Fitment for: Triumph Tiger 900 all models (2020-current)
