DBT Mega Bundle PDF (229 Pages)

There are plenty of materials available for therapists, parents, and clients looking to learn more about Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and apply its skills. With a comprehensive resource at their disposal, individuals can receive greater support for their personal growth, especially if they struggle with difficult emotions and behaviors. The DBT Mega Bundle includes every single DBT product in our store, and is a collection of 229 DBT resources — handouts, worksheets, journal prompts, affirmation cards, and wall art posters. They serve as educational materials and exercises that cover all DBT skills taught in therapy. Using the DBT Mega Bundle encourages kids and teens to practice DBT skills independently, in a way that aligns with their needs and abilities. We recommend pairing the worksheets with the handouts to maximize their application of DBT principles. As for the wall art posters and affirmation cards, feel free to place them in your therapy space, classroom, and personal space as visual reminders!
