DBT Handouts Bundle (70 Pages)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and it helps clients learn how to accept difficult emotions and deal with them effectively. Although it was originally developed for borderline personality disorder (BPD), it is now being used to treat other disorders. DBT techniques include mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and walking the middle path. The DBT Handouts Bundle is a huge collection of handouts that highlight all DBT techniques. There are 70 handouts here, which include an introduction to DBT for clients who are just getting started. They can serve as reference materials for self-improvement, whether a client is undergoing therapy or simply wants to learn strategies to cope. Applying the strategies from this bundle helps kids and teens function better in their daily lives despite the challenges they face. When using these handouts, we recommend pairing them with individual or group exercises and discussions to increase their understanding of DBT concepts. This handout bundle pairs nicely with our DBT Worksheets Bundle, which includes 91 pages of visually engaging DBT worksheets to support practical application of many DBT concepts. *This item is an instant digital download.
