The Devotional Doodle Journal for Kids

Children will embark on a journey of faith and creativity through whimsical doodling fun that will keep them entertained for hours. Their little hearts will fill up on God's promises as they doodle their way through 90 fun, adventure-filled art activities with short devotions written just for kids. This special doodle devotional is filled with engaging full color artwork and doodles in a bible journal format. There is space for creative journaling and prayers along with imaginative prompts that will strengthen your child's relationship with God. Each day kids will experience a devotional, reflect on a daily bible verse and be inspired by a guided coloring, drawing or doodling activity. Kids will create their very own art journal through drawing activities like creating their own emojis, drawing animals, sea life, flowers, trees, and sketching their own patterns and doodle designs. They will even decorate castles, homes, city scenes, draw faces, create and name their own stars, make their own road map and road signs, hand letter scriptures and praises, design their own spiritual armor and more. Daily time with God and growing in faith has never been so much fun! Free Video Workshop With Purchase - Featuring Author & DaySpring Artist Jon Huckeby (delivered via email) Born out of the Devotional Doodle Journal for kids, this workshop will calm your child while stimulating their creativity. This 20-minute video will walk your child through several exercises in the book and a few additional activities. As we have seen with the popularity of Bible Journaling and other creative ways to tap into scripture memorization and devotional time, this is a great way to help creative children to soak into God’s truth and word in a unique and entertaining way! Message from the Artist and Doodler, Jon Huckeby "Doodling is one of my favorite things to do. I’ve been doing it since I was a little kid. I can remember going to church with my grandma, and she would always find a scrap piece of paper in her purse for me to draw on. Even today, I still doodle in church. Doodles are a great way to calm down while I think and listen to the world around me. This Doodle Journal for Kids is a collection of great doodle prompts with a devotion for each one. No two are the same and there’s no wrong way to doodle! Your child will be inspired by biblical truths as they keep each devotion in their heart and mind while they doodle and think about all the good that God brings us every day. For kids that are creative or have a hard time reading God's word without getting distracted - this journal is an amazing way to get them creatively engaged in exploring biblical truth while having fun in the process!"
