Dax Scout Slate (Preorder, Ships August 10th)

Scout Go farther. Effortlessly. The DAX Scout is our universal touring paddle board, designed for paddlers who want exceptional glide without giving up confidence and stability. Its efficient displacement bow slices cleanly through the water, allowing every paddle stroke to carry you farther while the extended waterline delivers outstanding tracking. Less correcting means more paddling, making long lake crossings, shoreline exploration, and all-day adventures feel remarkably effortless. At 30.5 inches wide, the Scout strikes a rare balance. It's stable enough for first-time paddlers to feel comfortable from day one, yet efficient enough that experienced paddlers will immediately appreciate its speed and glide. Built around our signature paulownia wood construction, every Scout features our Bloom™ algae-based traction pad, replacing a portion of traditional petroleum foam with renewable algae biomass. It's softer underfoot, naturally grippy in wet conditions, and helps remove excess algae from freshwater ecosystems during production. Whether you're paddling your local lake, packing camping gear for an overnight trip, or simply looking for one board that excels everywhere, the Scout is designed to make every mile feel easier. Highlights Exceptional glide and straight-line tracking Stable 30.5" platform suitable for beginners through advanced paddlers Efficient displacement hull for effortless cruising Premium paulownia wood construction Bloom™ algae-based traction pad Perfect for fitness paddling, touring, and all-day adventures
