Pre-Owned David Yurman Sterling Silver & 18K Yellow Gold Signet Top Pave Diamond Ring is for sale! This ring has David Yurman's signature sterling silver cable accents on sides and has 1.00 carats total weight of Round Brilliant Diamonds set in 18K yellow gold. The diamonds are G/H in Color with a Clarity grade of SI1. The mounting measures 16.5 mm X 19 mm at top, with a height on the finger of 6.0 mm, shank measures 16.0 mm tapering to 5.5 mm at the base.
