Raw Datil Pepper Infused Honey

Our Datil Infused Honey is a unique blend that combines the sweet heat of Datil peppers—native to Northeast Florida—with pure, raw honey. Comparable to habanero in spice, Datil peppers are dried and infused into our honey, creating a flavorful addition to your culinary creations. Perfect for drizzling over grilled chicken, roasted vegetables, or your next rack of ribs, this honey offers a delightful balance of sweetness and heat, elevating your dishes to new heights. It comes in either a 9oz jar or 24oz.
