And like all of our designs, made from genuine commercial upholstery grade Ultrasuede® fabric that we import from Japan. This soft, comfortable fabric is breathable, washable and colorfast. Each Flower is centered with a genuine Swarovski Crystal for just a tad of bling. This collar is manufactured in the USA. We recommend your dog should always be walked with a harness.
