The DARK before DAWN

The Tale of Cowboy Coffee Out yonder on the trail, afore settin’ that pot of water atop the open flames, they’d roast them coffee beans right over the cracklin’ fire ‘til they was deep and rich, bringin’ out all that bold flavor. Once ready, they’d coarse grind ’em up and toss ’em straight in the pot. As that sweet aroma drifted through the air, they’d strain the brew through any ol’ thing they had—maybe a beat-up handkerchief, or sometimes they’d just pour it off the top, lettin’ the grounds settle right in their tin cups. That coffee kept ’em goin’ through long cattle drives and the relentless chase of the law. Every sip told a tale of grit, gumption, and the unbreakable spirit of the frontier. And while you ain’t out there wrangling cattle or sleepin’ under the stars, that same bold spirit lives on today. With “The Dark before Dawn” in your cup, you can bring home that taste of the pioneer days—the kind that’ll get you up, get you goin’, and keep you sharp for whatever trail lies ahead. Best part? You ain’t gotta fuss with no handkerchief or pourin’ careful off the top—just toss it in your coffee brewer or for your sophisticated type, in your French press and you’re ready to ride.  Micro-Batch, Craft-Roasted from Mexico- A Dark Roast with natural notes of Orange & Chocolate - Giddy up Available in the following sizes: Single 12-ounce (340.194 grams) bag Kilo Pack (2.205 Lb, 35.274 ounces, 1000 grams)  5 Lb Pack (80 ounces, 2267.962 grams)
