Dark Chocolate Balsamic

Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar Chocolate and balsamic. Two of the most complex, layered, and deeply satisfying flavors in the culinary world — and when they come together in a single extraordinary vinegar, the result is something that genuinely stops people in their tracks. This 12-year minimum aged dark Modena balsamic is infused with not one but three distinct chocolate varieties — dark chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, and pure cocoa — each contributing its own unique dimension to a flavor profile of remarkable depth, richness, and complexity. The dark chocolate brings bold, intense cocoa character. The bittersweet adds a sophisticated edge that keeps everything from tipping into candy sweetness. The pure cocoa anchors everything with a deep, earthy chocolate foundation that makes every drop taste like the most complex and refined chocolate experience you have ever had — sweet and balanced rather than bitter, rich and deeply satisfying in a way that works as magnificently in a beef chili as it does drizzled over vanilla gelato. This is the balsamic that surprises everyone. The one that makes people close their eyes on the first taste. The one they come back for again and again. Pairs beautifully with — sweet: Vanilla gelato or ice cream — drizzle generously and without reservation Fresh strawberries, raspberries, or mixed berries Chocolate cake or brownies — a finishing drizzle of extraordinary depth Cheesecake — the combination of cream cheese sweetness and dark chocolate balsamic is stunning Blood orange brownies — drizzle over our Blood Orange EVOO brownies for a chocolate citrus experience beyond description Panna cotta or vanilla custard Crepes with fresh whipped cream and berries Pairs beautifully with — savory: Authentic mole sauce — adds extraordinary chocolate depth and complexity Homemade BBQ sauce — stir in for a rich, smoky chocolate dimension Beef chili — a splash transforms the entire flavor profile Braised short ribs or beef brisket — stir into the braising liquid Grilled ribeye or New York strip — a finishing drizzle over resting meat Sharp aged cheddar or creamy brie on a cheese board Espresso or coffee based desserts — pairs with our Espresso Balsamic for the ultimate mocha combination Try this: Add two tablespoons to your next batch of homemade beef chili alongside a splash of our Espresso Balsamic. The three chocolate varieties add a deep, complex richness that makes the chili taste like it has been simmering for days — bold, layered, and completely extraordinary. Your guests will demand to know what is in it and you are under no obligation to tell them. For the ultimate sweet heat experience: Whisk with our Cayenne or Chipotle EVOO for a sweet, smoky, spicy chocolate combination that is one of the most surprising and addictive flavor pairings in our entire collection. Drizzle over vanilla ice cream, use as a dipping sauce for churros, or brush over grilled pork for a flavor experience that is genuinely unlike anything else. EVOO pairings: Our Blood Orange EVOO creates the ultimate chocolate citrus combination — rich, complex, and alive with fruity brightness that makes both the chocolate and the citrus taste more extraordinary than either delivers alone. Our Cayenne EVOO delivers a classic Mexican inspired sweet heat chocolate combination perfect for mole, chili, and bold dessert applications. Our Chipotle EVOO adds mellow smokiness alongside gentle heat for a combination that is deeply complex and completely addictive in BBQ applications and savory chocolate dishes. Three chocolates. Twelve years of aging. One extraordinary balsamic. All of our balsamics are aged a minimum of 12 years in Modena, Italy — the birthplace of true balsamic vinegar. No shortcuts, no compromises.
