Dark Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

Dark Cherry Balsamic Vinegar Rich and sweet black cherries are combined with our aged Balsamic to produce a sweet, fragrant, and rich tasting vinegar. Mix this in your child’s water for an all natural and flavorful sweetener.  This vinegar is exceptional on a salad with a nice feta, gorgonzola, or goat cheese.  For a gastronomical delight, reduce and drizzle over camembert or seared foie gras.  Mix with Dijon mustard and brush it on your pork chops while grilling!! Pairs well with orange, lemon, mascarpone, pork, chocolate, cream, apricot, black pepper, peach, vanilla, plum, duck, pistachio, cinnamon, basil, amaretto, and thyme.
