Daphne 9x7 original abstract

This vibrant 9x7 acrylic on canvas board, titled Daphne, radiates the joyful essence of spring. Inspired by the delicate beauty and intoxicating fragrance of the daphne flower, the artwork bursts forth with a playful dance of pinks, purples, and greens. Swirling organic shapes, reminiscent of unfurling leaves and blossoming petals, intertwine with whimsical patterns and dotted textures. Black lines weave through the composition, adding dynamic movement and defining playful forms.  It's pure happiness in the warm embrace of spring sunshine, evoking the feeling of a bright, hopeful day filled with the promise of new life.  Part of the Spring series 2025.
