Daou Rose Paso Robles

From the sun-drenched vineyards of Paso Robles, Daou Rosé embodies the Daou family's dedication to crafting wines that exude elegance and finesse. This rosé is a reflection of the region's terroir, offering a refreshing and sophisticated drinking experience that captures the essence of Paso Robles. Daou Rosé presents a delicate ballet slipper pink hue, shimmering with brilliance. Its nose is fragrant, with fresh aromas of strawberries, watermelon, and rose petal, accented by hints of Provencal herbs. On the palate, vibrant red berry flavors, citrus zest, and a touch of white peach emerge, balanced by a refreshing acidity and a creamy texture. The finish is dry, mineral-laden, and clean, leaving lingering notes of red fruit and subtle minerality. Crafted using the traditional saignée method, the wine showcases pure, concentrated flavors from hand-harvested grapes grown in calcareous clay soils. Ideal with fresh salads, grilled seafood, charcuterie, or light pasta dishes, Daou Rosé is also perfect for enjoying on its own, especially during picnics or alfresco gatherings.
