Daniel Josier Ambre Tabac Eau de Parfum 100 ml

BOLD, SWEET, AND UNMISTAKABLY ITSELF There are fragrances that blend in. And then there is Ambre Tabac — different, strong, full of personality and character. A fragrance that makes no apologies and needs no introduction. Bold yet sweet. Dark yet warm. The kind of scent that enters a room before you do and stays long after you've left. Daniel Josier's most iconic creation — celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2024 — Ambre Tabac is the fragrance that defines the house's signature philosophy: powerful compositions built on exceptional raw materials, with a depth and character that only true artisan perfumery can deliver. THE SCENT Top Notes — African Frankincense · Bergamot The opening is immediate and commanding. African frankincense — one of the world's most ancient and sacred aromatic resins — arrives with a warm, smoky, resinous depth that signals something extraordinary from the very first spray. Bergamot cuts through with a bright, citrusy freshness that lifts the frankincense and prevents the opening from feeling heavy. Together they create an opening that is bold, aromatic, and deeply compelling — a perfect introduction to what follows. Heart Notes — Patchouli · Sandalwood The heart deepens into a rich, woody embrace. Sandalwood — sensual, creamy, and deeply warm — takes center stage, its natural intensity amplified and sharpened by patchouli. The patchouli here is not the heavy, hippie-era version of the past: it is refined, earthy, and modern — adding depth, complexity, and a slightly dark edge that gives Ambre Tabac its unmistakable character. A heart that is quietly powerful and evolves beautifully on skin. Base Notes — Amber · Tobacco Leaf · Vanilla The dry-down is where Ambre Tabac reveals its most distinctive signature — and the note that sets it apart from every other fragrance in its class: tobacco leaf. Not sweet tobacco, not pipe tobacco, but real, dry, aromatic tobacco leaf — sophisticated, slightly smoky, and undeniably elegant. Amber wraps everything in a warm, golden richness, while vanilla adds a soft, creamy sweetness that balances the tobacco perfectly. The result is a base that is deep, long-lasting, and impossible to confuse with anything else.
