Dancer Watercolor - Chimu Grigio

Painted by pre-hispanic painter and tattooer Chimu Grigio this art print depicts an Aztec Dancer. The Aztec dances were an important part of life in pre-hispanic culture. All dance moves were based off of events that happened in nature. A zig zag in movement would represent the movement of water. Squatting low to earth would represent the rising of crops. They are a way to pray and connect with gods and deities.   Artist: Chimu Grigio 11' x 14" digital print on watercolor Printed at Mindzai Creative in Austin, Texas
