Dance School Training Manual

Creating a Culture of Dance, Love, Faith & Hope... Johannah Clark Leach is the founder and director of Dance Revelation. What began as a one-room studio in the basement of Johannah's parents' home has turned into over 250 students, taking multiple classes, with a staff of seven. To answer the many questions she has received, Johannah developed this manual to outline the vision and purpose behind starting and running a dance ministry and school. This manual will discuss what is involved in a business plan, including finances and marketing information, as well as describe the training that Johannah uses to teach her instructors. There is information on lesson plans, annual performances, communication tactics and choreography.
