Damascus Multi-Material Puzzle Hunter Knife with Segmented Handle

The Damascus Multi-Material Puzzle Hunter features a forged wood-grain blade. The steel carries deep, flowing layers from repeated folding. A drop point tip gives smooth, controlled cutting power. This hunter knife feels substantial and balanced in hand. The handle is built from several stacked material segments. Black, yellow, white, tan, red, and blue bands each add contrast. The handle tapers to a pointed yellow tip at the butt. Two brass pins hold the segments firmly to the tang. There is no separate bolster since the blade meets the handle directly. That direct line keeps the profile slim through the grip. A drilled lanyard hole sits near the base of the handle. Every puzzle hunter in this line has its own segment layout. The transitions between materials are sanded smooth for a seamless feel. Damascus Puzzle Hunter at Divine Knives with a six-band segmented handle, pointed yellow tip, and a forged wood-grain Damascus blade. The History Behind This Knife Multi-material handles grew from a maker's habit of using every scrap on hand. Early knifesmiths often combined leftover bone, wood, and resin into one grip. Damascus forging itself began as a way to strengthen and pattern raw steel. Puzzle-style handles later became a signature look among custom makers. Divine Knives continues that resourceful spirit in this hunter blade. Damascus Multi-Material Puzzle Hunter Performance The forged Damascus blade holds a sharp edge through repeated use. Its drop point tip gives smooth, controlled cutting action. Layered steel resists cracking better than a single block of metal. The segmented handle stays comfortable across long working sessions. Each material band adds a slight texture change under the fingers. A satin finish lets the layered steel pattern show clearly. The drop point shape also handles fine skinning cuts with ease.
