Dama del Rovere is a family-owned estate located in the northern volcanic hills of the Soave Classico zone in Veneto, Italy. Managed by brothers Massimo and Christian Pra, the winery specializes in crafting high-altitude, mineral-driven white wines from indigenous Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes. Their steep vineyards sit on the slopes of the inactive Monte Calvarina volcano, where rich basaltic soils impart a distinct salinity and crisp freshness to every bottle. By blending traditional hand-harvesting techniques with modern stainless-steel vinification, the estate is celebrated for producing pure, expressive wines that authentically reflect their unique volcanic terroir.
