Daiwa Tatula CT Casting Reel

The Daiwa Tatula CT Casting Reel brings a whole new meaning to compact reels. This reel was designed to bring the angler an intensely high level of performance while still being comfortable in the palm of your hand. The compact design doesn't take away from any of the features you have come to know and love in the Tatula series. To create a long-lasting and lightweight reel, the Tatula CT has an aluminum body construction, bringing it in at only 7.2 ounces. Aluminum provides the strength and durability you look for in a high-quality reel but allows the cost to be lower and prevents corrosion like other metals. One of the Tatula series' main features is the T-Wing System level-wind, and the CT is no exception. The unique design of the T-shaped line guide allows the angler to cast farther and more accurately. This design also allows the line to exit the reel freely, which creates a low amount of friction, reducing noise and backlash issues. Daiwa is truly giving the angler so much freedom with this reel. It can be used for plastics, crankbaits, and much more. This ability comes from the patented Magforce Z magnetic casting and braking system. This is located outside the reel, so you can easily find it and make any adjustments as needed. Whether you have to adjust based on the wind or because you are switching the reel between your favorite rods, you will be set in no time with this feature.
