Daisy Ramirez: Seed Pot Pottery

This exquisite little seed pot by Mata Ortiz artist Daisy Ramirez fits right in the palm of your hand, yet it is covered in an astonishing tapestry of etched detail. Four geometric panels in terra cotta red and graphite black radiate from a square mouth, each filled with dozens of tiny, hand-carved triangles, spirals, and zigzags that create a mesmerizing, almost optical pattern. Fine green lines frame every section, giving the piece a fresh, contemporary touch while highlighting the design's perfect symmetry. Origin: Mata Ortiz Dimensions: 3''Tall 12''Circumference
