Daily Self-Esteem Journal Worksheet (Spanish Version)

This worksheet is the Spanish version of our Daily Self-Esteem Journal worksheet. Journaling improves a child’s self-esteem by allowing them to reflect on their positive behaviors, lessons learned, and personal goals. This Daily Self-Esteem Journal Worksheet is a therapeutic tool that lets kids rate their self-esteem on a scale of 1-10 and answer questions like, “A kind thing I did today was…” and “Something I learned today was…” The key is to give them the opportunity to spend time thinking of things that will make them feel good about themselves. This journal can be used by parents, teachers, social workers, and mental health professionals when working with children. *This item is an instant digital download.
