Daddy Cool by Donald Goines

A cold, calculating hired killer takes family matters into his own hands in this bold action-packed street thriller from Donald Goines, the OG master of urban lit . . . Nobody's better at taking out bodies than Larry Jackson, aka "Daddy Cool." Long as he's paid in full, he'll pull the trigger or stick a knife deep, whatever it takes to get the job done. No questions asked. Nobody's better. Nothing knocks him off his game-except his own family. Dead ass. He's got two stepsons wasting space and a wife he almost forgot about. But his daughter is another story. The only reason he do what he do is to keep her off the streets. Imagine how he feels about her new boyfriend being a two-bit pimp? It's time to TCB before everything he's worked for ends up in the gutter. No cap.
