Stress from transport, illness, climate changes, training or antibiotic therapy can disrupt microbial populations within the equine digestive tract. Rescue Aid Paste introduces beneficial microorganisms that reestablish microbial equilibrium and improve digestive activity. Multiple probiotic strains populate the digestive tract with beneficial bacteria while Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast culture influences fermentation and microbial balance. Butyric acid and yeast-derived ingredients nourish intestinal cells and digestive integrity. Together these ingredients influence microbial populations within the hindgut where most equine fermentation occurs. The convenient oral paste format allows targeted digestive intervention during periods of stress, travel, competition or recovery when horses require rapid digestive support.
