Cyl0010-25

0.030" (0.75mm) dia x 0.039" (1mm) long, Set of 25 pcs. N50 Neodymium Magnets Rare Earth Magnets, Magnetized through the length. Nickel Plated. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) = 1 set Cylinder Magnets have a longer magnetic field reach when magnetized through the length. This makes them a good option as a sensor magnet where the distance between the sensor and magnet is further. Or, for a holding application where the reach of the magnetic field will pull the magnet toward the ferrous material at a greater distance. When magnetized through the diameter, cylinder magnets produce a magnetic field that is rounder then the field of a cylinder magnet magnetized through the length. This option is good when a larger magnetic field is required on the OD instead of the top or bottom. This can also be a great option for use as a sensor magnet or medical magnet. SM Magnetics, the engineering and manufacturing sister company of SuperMagnetMan, has been assisting Corporate customers for many years with their custom cylinder magnet applications. This includes medical magnets, sensor magnets, speaker magnets and magnetic assemblies. SM Magnetics works with Corporate customers to optimize their design and then manufacture the specific cylinder magnet or magnetic assembly to meet the required specification. SM Magnetics has their own ISO certified factories and controls the entire manufacturing process when making individual magnets or entire magnetic sub-assemblies.
