CYCLONE 4 STAGE RODI REEFKEEPER Check out our new Cyclone! CYCLONE 4 STAGE RODI REEFKEEPER   The Cyclone unit comes pre-assembled with the filters and membrane installed. Your unit is pressure tested with 70 psi water to ensure no leaks, and the filters and membrane are installed the day we ship. You only need to make three plumbing connections and you are done. Just connect to your source water, waste water and then enjoy zero TDS water, Zip, Zero, Zilch, Nada. NO TDS. The four stages of filtration are as follows: Stage 1 - Heavy duty, standard industry size 5 micron Poly Pro Sediment filter. Stage 2 - 1 micron acid washed Gem coconut carbon block filter, removing 98-99% of chlorine Stage 3 - 75 GPD Filmtec membrane removing up to 99% of TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) Stage 4 - A full sized, high capacity, re-usable DI cartridge to bring the TDS down to ZERO.  Membrane Upgrade Option: The Cyclone 4 Stage RODI comes standard with a Filmtec 75GPD membrane. You can upgrade to a Filmtec 100GPD or an Axeon 150 GPD membrane if you need more production. TDS Meter Option: By default the Cyclone does not come with a TDS meter. You can select a handheld TDS meter, a dual inline TDS meter that will be installed on your Cyclone, or to receive both the handheld and the dual inline TDS meter.  Pressure Gauge Option: You can also have a pressure gauge installed on your Cyclone. You will receive a 150 PSI pressure gauge installed on the drain line of your unit. This is great to monitor your filters. DI Bypass Option: Unlike our Typhoon Extreme unit, the Cyclone does not come with a DI Bypass. The DI Bypass comes with an RO only valve which allows you to easily access RO water, as well as a DI Bypass valve which is used to flush your system without wasting DI resin. We highly recommend our Typhoon Series if you have chloramines in your water. You can add a vertical housing to your cyclone to include a chloramine filter in your pre-filter array, however, this is a more expensive option. Standard Features The Cylcone 4 Stage RODI     Easy to use push-in fittings make installation a snap. 20 years and thousands of reefkeepers later and still no reports of problems. We offer you a complete one frame system which has all the protection you will ever need.   All of our Cyclone machines are equipped with re-usable DI cartridges. The Cyclone is a 4 stage RODI (Reverse Osmosis/De-Ionizing) reefkeeper supplied with a 75 GPD FilmTec (TFC) membrane for truly great water quality and production rates. This Cyclone unit comes fully assembled and is equipped will all first class installation hardware, including a garden hose adaptor, a drain saddle, two in-line ball valves, and 24 feet of 1/4" tubing. We even include the filter wrench. All fittings are push-in, eliminating the need for tools, teflon tape, or glue.
