Founded in 2010 by young people who grew up in coffee farming, the cooperative was built on one idea: that staying home should be a real option. Today, around 300 members — the majority women and young producers — access better markets, technical support, and community projects through Sierra Azul. One producer even returned from farming in Utah to grow coffee in his home community. That kind of story is what's in every bag. 📦 Product Specifications Origin: Chiapas, Mexico – Sierra Azul Cooperative Roast: Medium Certifications: Organic, Fair Trade Certified Sourcing: Farmer Impact Fund, Women's Lot, Living Income Pricing Cupping Notes: Brown Sugar, Toasted Marshmallow, Spice Sourced: Ethically, Responsibly & Sustainably Vendor: Wagon Coffee ☕ Add CXXXIII to your bag today — and start every morning with a cup that gives back.
