Cutter Blade for E-AS-600

The Cutter Blade for the E-AS-600 is a precision-engineered, high-performance replacement blade used in the sealing and cutting assembly of the E-AS-600 Semi-Auto Sleeve Wrapper. This blade is responsible for delivering clean, consistent cuts across various types of shrink film (such as PE), ensuring that each sleeve is separated crisply after the sealing cycle. Built to withstand the heat and friction generated during repetitive high-speed packaging operations, this blade is essential for maintaining efficient film separation, sealing accuracy, and product presentation quality. Key Features: Precision-Cut Steel Blade: Made from high-strength, heat-resistant steel, the blade ensures sharp, clean cuts with minimal fraying or film deformation, even after extended use. OEM Replacement for E-AS-600: Specifically designed to fit the E-AS-600 sleeve wrapper, this cutter blade installs directly in the original mounting location—no modifications needed. Consistent Cutting Performance: Optimized thickness and blade geometry provide uniform tension and pressure distribution, resulting in consistently trimmed shrink sleeves for every cycle. High-Temperature Tolerance: Built to withstand the elevated temperatures generated during the heat-sealing and cutting process, preventing warping or loss of edge sharpness. Easy Installation: Pre-drilled mounting holes allow for quick and secure attachment to the blade holder assembly, minimizing downtime during routine maintenance or part replacement.
