PURE Cutter

The PURE Cutter is the heart of the grinder/trituration system and we now offer two food-safe, stainless steel options: the Straight Tooth Cutter and the Serrated Tooth Cutter.  What’s the difference? Straight Tooth Cutter #304, is an exceptional cutter but allowed us to offer a more affordable option of the PURE Juicer. This cutter is made from food-safe #304 Stainless Steel and is NOT hardened so it will need periodic sharpening. The cutter is sharpened to an aggressive attack angle and aggressively pulls produce into the feed chute. Serrated Tooth Cutter #17-4, is a step up from the Straight Tooth Cutter, as it is made from 17-4 Stainless Steel that has been heat-treated and hardened to Rc 45 allowing it to stay sharp for years without sharpening. This cutter also features serrated blades, designed to shred fibrous greens better, providing a smoother and more efficient produce trituration and enhancing your overall juicing experience.
