Your design stays crisp through wash after wash, no matter how many colors your artwork uses. One free placement is included on the front of every shirt, sized up to 11" x 14" on adult sizes and 7" x 9" on youth sizes. Additional locations available at a small added cost per placement: left chest (part of the same front area), left or right sleeve (up to 4" x 4"), full back (up to 11" x 16" adult, 7" x 11" youth), and shoulder (part of the back area). Ordering for a group? Use our roster tool to log sizes and quantities for each person, so a staff order, congregation order, classroom order, or event order comes back sorted correctly. Keep in mind this product prints the same design across every shirt in an order; individual names or numbers per shirt aren't part of this offering. Preparing Your Artwork Have print-ready art? Upload it directly at checkout. For the sharpest results, send a vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF) or a high-resolution raster image at 300 or more DPI at full print size. Starting from scratch? Use our online design tool. Working with AI-generated artwork? Most AI tools export files at a resolution too low for apparel printing, so aim for at least 150 DPI at your actual print size, with 300 DPI always the safer target; run your file through an upscaling tool first if it falls short. Zoom in to 100% before submitting, since AI generators can introduce spelling mistakes, warped shapes, or blurry backgrounds, and we print exactly what you send. Export as a high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF; if your AI tool produced a logo or icon, convert it through a vectorization tool and submit it as an AI, EPS, or SVG file instead. Large files: Our upload tool accepts files up to 10MB. If your design file is bigger than that, no problem, just upload it to Google Drive or WeTransfer, then email the share link to Contact@hotpresskc.com along with your order number in the subject line.
