Sublimation Gang Sheet

A sublimation transfer is a heat-based digital printing process that turns solid ink into a gas to dye polyester-based materials with permanent, full-color designs. Unlike other methods that apply ink as a layer on top of a surface, sublimation embeds the design into the fibers or coating of the substrate. Cover image with parchment paper, teflon sheet, or butcher paper and secure with heat transfer tape. 2. Press Sublimation Transfer at 400 degrees for 60 seconds. 3. Let image cool then remove covering.
