Custom Soap Batch with Decorative Faces

Customize your soap!  These "Decorative Faces" soaps have different dimensions than the standard cut bar of soap and are about 25% heavier (more soap per bar!). They are simply gorgeous as gifts and lovely to sit as decorations until you can't resist using them anymore. It is a fun switch from a standard shape that allows for more intricate detailing or just more of regular detailing - up to you! Due to the unusual dimensions that allow for the more decorative surface area, these are also hand wrapped in unbleached coffee filters instead of the standard white boxes. Always wanted to have a soap that was made just for you? Now you can! There's a million options out there, and I'll personally help you navigate the possibilities to create something that's just for you, or for your event. I've done personal batches for a long time customer's favorite, allergy accommodation requests, personal stashes, and all the way up to a party's favors for 250 guests. With enough time, anything is possible.   Basic bars are for a batch of soap that uses my regular, everyday Luxury Moisture recipe that has been around since 2017! Specialty bars are for a batch of soap that uses any other specialty soap recipe in the shop tat you might have come across - ones with tallow, local honey, local flower infusions, brewed tea.... if you still have a box of the soap with you, the label will say if it is an Artisan Soap (basic bar) or if it is a Specialty Soap (specialty bar). Basic bars that are allergy friendly let me know well ahead of time that there are ingredients I need to be particularly careful about not using - hard after doing the majority of my soaps with the same recipe for the better part of a decade! Popular allergies that I have accommodated are those wanting coconut free soaps, sweet almond oil free soaps, and avocado oil free soaps. We will discuss your accommodations in the email thread I start with all custom orders and use to hammer out details. Scent You can request an existing scent in the Redwood Soaps soap shop, a previous one, or a brand new one with your direction! Color Choose up to 3 colors as a theme. I have plenty to work with, so be as specific as you like! Sometimes 4 is possible, but 3 is recommended to start. Special Label Make it extra personalized! I will design a label just for you. Little pictures, icons, and of course, specific wording. There's a bit of communication required Redwood Soaps sticker labels will always be necessary, but I move them to the back of the packaging. Decoration Ideas (if applies) "Decorations" are commonly known as embeds in the world of soaping. They are extra bits of soap that are hand molded or sculpted and added to the wet soap so the embed stays securely in place as the soap solidifies. Flowers, hearts, leaves, and mini fruits are common ones. These are labor intensive and will increase the price.   Each custom loaf comes with 5 bars of approximately 2" x 3.5" x 1.5" and will weigh approximately 5.2-5.5oz at these dimensions. Bar depth can be changed, but may change the number of batches needed to reach the number of soap bars you need. This will change the cost of the order - there won't be surprises - we'll discuss any cost changes before I begin making. Soaps usually take 3-4 weeks to cure before they are ready to be packaged and shipped. Please plan accordingly. After receiving an order containing a custom item, I will contact you directly using the email provided at checkout.
