Pelican products are depended on by professionals in the most demanding markets including fire / safety, law enforcement, life sciences, defense / military, aerospace, entertainment, industrial and consumer. Pelican products are designed and built to last a lifetime. Why buy a Custom Case from US? People who want the best protection for their gear often do not cut corners. In fact they may not even do any cutting in the first place. Using a utility knife to hack through several inches of polyurethane foam doesn't give impressive results. Having us do the work for you offers the following benefits: We carry a full line of Pelican cases and do in-house laser cutting to save you time and no extra shipping costs for you. Our customization service not only ensures a snug fit for your gear, but we will provide logo and name engraving to personalize your case. The precision cutting results from our state-of-the-art CO2 and Fiber Laser machines would even make Edward Scissorhands envious. Our complete custom case pricing is less than what some other shops charge for just the case alone. What's the Process? Order the model of Pelican case you want and add the Template Kit to your cart. Once you receive the Template Kit, simply trace the pattern you want for your gear and mail it back to us in the provided package. We'll scan in your masterpiece, make an necessary edit, and send you a proof before our lasers do their magic.
