In fact, we have been using this printing process for over six years now. But it wasn’t until the Coachella music festival in 2014 that these became so widely popular. The metallic gold and silver flash temporary tattoos have proven to be one of the most popular temporary tattoo items we’ve ever seen in over 20 years of business. And we just kept improving the technology, in fact now we can print the metallic in any color you like. We can even do an ombre effect to really add a lot of dazzle to your design. In addition, we can use a lot of our specialty inks around the metallic to create truly spectacular designs. For example, you can add a glow-in-the-dark ink two metallic design which allows for a wonderful look during the day, and a special effect at night. To learn more about the latest trends and capabilities using metallic inks please contact our customer service team and let them know what you’re dreaming of.
