Custom Leather Patch Trucker Hat – Richardson 112

The Richardson 112 is the gold standard of trucker hats—and this custom version takes it to the next level. Each hat is finished with a laser-engraved leatherette patch, custom made and professionally heat-pressed in-house by Bourbon Mountain for a clean, durable, premium look. Known for its comfort, structure, and everyday wearability, the Richardson 112 features a mid-profile fit, breathable mesh back, and adjustable snapback closure. The structured front panel provides the perfect surface for custom branding, logos, or designs, making this hat ideal for businesses, teams, streamers, and everyday wear. Your design is laser engraved into leatherette material for sharp contrast and detail, then permanently applied using Kota Pro adhesive material and a professional heat-press process. The result is a rugged, long-lasting patch that won’t peel, crack, or fade under normal use. This is not a cheap promo hat—this is a hat people actually want to wear.
