Custom Leather Patch Fitted Hat – FlexFit 6277

The FlexFit 6277 is a structured fitted cap designed for all-day comfort and a clean, athletic look. Each hat is finished with a laser-engraved leatherette patch, custom made and professionally heat-pressed in-house by Bourbon Mountain for a durable, premium finish. With a mid-profile fit that sits comfortably between high-profile trucker hats and low-profile dad caps, the 6277 offers a balanced look that works for everyday wear, teams, businesses, and branded apparel. The structured six-panel design helps the hat maintain its shape, while the FlexFit stretch band provides a secure, comfortable fit without the need for an adjustable closure. Your design is laser engraved into leatherette material for bold contrast and detail, then permanently applied using Kota Pro adhesive material and a professional heat-press process. The result is a clean, long-lasting patch that won’t peel, crack, or fade under normal use. Available in a wide range of colors—including Multicam, Kryptek, and Alpine—this hat delivers a polished, professional look with rugged durability.
