If less than 300dpi print quality cannot be guaranteed and no refunds/reprints will be given. The quality of the print will be low. PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS 320 for 10-15 seconds, heavy press. Cold cold peel. 1 tip might be to run an ice pack on it. We love the feel of a 2nd press!   Please note that for glow in the dark the brightest part of the design will be white. Adding color to the design does dull the color.  Additional Fees:   Single color change – $20 for each design. If you would like the design to be changed to another color. Please note this is for each design on the gang sheet. Rasterization or knock out colors: $15.00.  This covers if you do not have the design transparent, or if you would like part of the design removed.   SIZING  PLEASE SEND YOUR ARTWORK AT THE SIZE YOU WOULD LIKE IT PRINTED. IT WILL BE PRINTED AS THE SIZE PROVIDED.   Max thickness for all lines is 3.5 pt (or 0.05"). Any lines smaller than this may not print. Really thin lines struggle to have the glue attached and may not transfer onto your garment. Files will be evaluated to determine if they are print ready and may require additional art time and charges to correct issues, which may also delay your order.  Note: Because of differences in equipment, processing, paper, inks, pigments, and other conditions that may arise in the production of our transfers, a reasonable variation in color is considered to be normal and acceptable. Exact duplication of colors of ink and other materials is not guaranteed, but every consistent effort will be made to follow and be accurate within the limits of the process. Exact duplication of design sizes and colors to match previous orders is not guaranteed.
