A design deposit secures your spot in line and covers the creation of your custom digitized file. This deposit is non-refundable once the design process begins, but guarantees your design is fully tailored to your style and needs. Design Deposit Options: Basic: $45+ (Simple text or minimal graphics) Standard: $75+ (Moderate detail, logos, layered designs) Premium: $125+ (Highly detailed, large, or complex artwork) Embroidery Size & Placement Limits (Hats) Maximum Height: 3 inches Maximum Width: 4 inches Embroidery is available on the front, back, and sides of hats Bill embroidery is not available Pricing varies based on size, stitch count, placement, and design complexity. STEP 2: Submit Your Design During your call or in the inquiry form, please include: Intended embroidery size Design ideas or artwork file Placement on the hat (front, back, or sides) Type of hat you would like, or indicate if you’ll be providing one STEP 3: Digitizing & Approval Your design is professionally manually digitized and prepared for embroidery. You’ll receive confirmation once the file is complete. Moving forward with embroidery production, a separate quote will be provided based on: Hat blanks Thread count Materials Quantity Timeline Digitizing: 2–4 weeks Embroidery Production: 2-4 weeks Important Notes This listing is for small-batch, custom statement designs, not mass production.
