Custom Design Deposit

Looking for a custom design? We would love the opportunity to bring your ideas to life! In order to get confirmed in our workflow, we require a $70.00 USD deposit for all custom design work. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the minimum costs of materials and labor to produce the prototype. After your deposit is confirmed, we'll prepare the design sketch or digital mock-up. Upon your approval, we'll proceed with the pattern and physical prototype. Once the prototype is completed, we'll provide you with the final price quote and estimated production time for your piece. When you decide to move forward with the project, your initial $70 deposit will be applied as credit, to be deducted from your purchase total.
