Custom Design Services for Print Customers

Each product (flyers, posters etc.) offers custom design options, but this page allows print customers to order design services independently. Our art director, Jessica, has created incredible designs for almost anything you can imagine that's been printed.  Please note, aside from logo design, we require a print order in place for custom design projects. This page is intended for customers who have already completed print orders yet require design services before printing can take place. What We Need From You The above form allows you to write a brief message describing your new project along with uploading a graphic, concept or logo to us. Please email us all relevant information (pictures, text, logos) with your order number as the subject to art@printkeg.com. Also, feel free to call us to discuss your project needs. In the beginning stages, we will probably email a quick questionnaire. Design Turnaround We will work closely with you and hope the experience remains fun, efficient and rewarding. Most design projects only take three to four business days, but may require more time when we are busy. Please make sure we are aware of any deadlines. Revision Policy In the end, we want you to be happy with our custom design services. There are some limitations to be aware of. In the beginning, we will offer one design based on your input (which is emailed to you). Two additional revisions or proofs of that design are allotted. Additional proofs will cost $10 each and complete redesigns will incur a new design charge.  Learn more about our policies on our custom design support area.
